Should the need arise, the Total Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness and Cyanuric Acid tests can be performed, if the additional TesTabs (packages of 100 TesTabs each) are purchased. A new test tube design and push-through foil packaging makes tablet use easier and faster. There is nothing else to buy, to perform the 4 basis tests, as all of the required supplies are provided. Liquid and TesTabs reagents are not interchangeable. You must use the type, specified for your model of the ColorQ 2X tester.
