The ColorQ 2X Pool/Spa 4 Photometer reads four (4) Pool and Spa Test Factors: Free Chlorine, Total Chlorine, Bromine and pH, including enough liquid reagents, to perform 144 each of the 4 tests. Should the need arise, the Total Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness and Cyanuric Acid tests can be performed, if the additional TesTabs (packages of 100 TesTabs each) are purchased. There is nothing else to buy, as all of the required supplies are provided. Includes trilingual directions and photo-diagrammatic instructions. * Optional Tests can be added, if the addition TesTabs are purchased. Shelf life has been improved, through the use of tablets, for the total alkalinity and calcium hardness tests. A new test tube design and push-through foil packaging makes tablet use easier and faster. Liquid and TesTabs reagents are not interchangeable. You must use the type, specified for your model of the ColorQ 2X tester.
